The 2023 Denver Convention features two new submission opportunities: Alumni Professional Development Presentations and Chapter Share Tables.
Alumni Professional Development Presentations
Alumni members of Sigma Tau Delta planning to attend the 2023 “Colorful Colorado” Convention in Denver, CO, are welcome to submit a Professional Development Presentation and to earn a $300 honorarium to help defray their convention expenses.
Professional Development Panels will be held at 9:30-10:45 a.m., Thursday, March 30, and will have two to four alumni presenters in panels arranged topically.

Chapter Share Tables
Chapter Advisors (and chapter student members) may submit a request to have reserved spaces at the convention for their chapters. We are also exploring “virtual chapter displays” in which the convention app will accept uploaded chapter displays to be shared with other attendees.
The Chapter Share Event will take place on Thursday at 4:45 p.m. and will be located by Chapter Displays. Chapters are encouraged to share one or more programming ideas with others who stop by to ask questions about your shared programming. Students “personing” the Chapter Share table should be prepared to explain or describe the shared idea, perhaps with a handout or a virtual handout or with props. Your chapter should commit to having at least one student at the Chapter Share Table for the entire 60 minutes, but students could rotate this responsibility so that they also have time to visit other Chapter Share Tables. Students “personing” the Chapter Share Table will be listed in the program.
