Students from each of Sigma Tau Delta’s six regions are appointed by Regents on the Board of Directors to serve as Student Representatives (SR) and Associate Student Representatives (ASR) for their regions so as to represent the interests of students to Sigma Tau Delta’s Board of Directors. Our new group of Student Leaders have been hard at work since the beginning of June and are eager to spend the coming year leading the regional Instagram accounts, writing for WORDY by Nature, hosting EnglishMatters takeovers on the Society social media platforms, organizing regional events, and serving as a resource for members. Next spring the Student Leaders will lead workshops, contests, and social events at the 2025 Convention in Pittsburgh, PA. They are always happy to answer questions, share ideas, and help members connect with one another and with the Society.
